Accused of a theft in Badesi but the judge does not validate the arrest
The couple had been stopped by the Carabinieri. In the car there were burglary tools and the profile matched the description of the thieves, but the handcuffs were not snapped on immediately after the fact

Arrest not validated and no precautionary measures against them: this is the decision of the investigating judge of the Court of Sassari for a couple accused of having robbed the owner of a restaurant in Badesi .
The facts date back to the night of Sunday, March 9. The Carabinieri stopped the couple who were speeding in a Peugeot 207 on Provincial Road 90, in the Valledoria area. Burglary tools were found in the car and the description of the two people on board matched that of the individuals who had just stolen approximately 70 euros in coins from the restaurant .
The judge noted that the arrest did not occur immediately after the incident and ordered the couple's release, as requested by lawyers Irene Spezzigu and Alessandro Carta.
