Five-day closure for a restaurant in the historic center of Sassari where the local police have detected a series of violations of the anti-Covid rules.

During a check, the agents discovered an abusive private party, in an internal room, with over 50 minors between the ages of 13 and 17. The young people were without masks, danced crowded together and were beyond the number provided for by the legislation to contrast the spread of the coronavirus.

The local police thus challenged the violation of the provisions of the trade union ordinance on the matter signed in recent days: there was no sign outside indicating the maximum number of customers allowed, there was no control on the green pass, the owner was without a mask, as were most of those present, who created gatherings without maintaining the obligatory interpersonal distance.

Added to this are the abusive activity of a public entertainment venue, with the absence of usability and the lack of a report on noise pollution.
