There is no peace for those who enter Cagliari via the main connecting roads. If, on state road 130, traffic is being slowed down by the asphalt resurfacing works (there is also the ghost construction site at the Elmas crossroads), today the surprise - for those perhaps looking for an alternative - has arrived on 131.

Before the junction for the hospitals, a team of workers is working to fix one of the expansion joints (the "grates" found on the overpasses), causing kilometre-long queues. As always happens, the construction site was not marked with adequate signs, kilometers in advance . And so the motorists, unaware, found themselves in the funnel, with a lane closed to protect the works.

Once again we are wondering about the management of the works (is there an ordinance with a timetable, do companies follow it to the letter?) and why certain interventions are not carried out at night, specifically providing for this in the tender specifications .
