A seven-year-old boy from Sestu was hospitalized a short while ago at the Brotzu for observation after being hit by a car in the town: his condition would not cause concern even if he was accompanied to the emergency room in red code.

The incident took place near the Piazza della Legalità dedicated to Emanuela Loi from where the child, in the company of an 11-year-old brother , arrived in Via Constitution. According to the findings of the local police, the two children then crossed the road just when a car arrived that avoided the 11-year-old, instead overwhelming the youngest of the brothers, ended up on the asphalt where he got various bruises: immediate arrival of the 118 ambulance and the transfer to Brotzu where investigations are underway to establish the exact prognosis.
