The reconstruction was done by the man who answered the questions of the investigating judge Vito Di Vita during the validation interrogation that was held at the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital in Bergamo where Fumagalli was hospitalized for showing suicidal intent in his cell of the via Gleno prison.
