A double tragedy this morning at dawn in Milan. A woman was found dead and her son took his own life.

The alarm went off at 5 am when a man called 911 threatening to commit suicide. The rescuers arrived in via Palanzone and in an apartment they found a lifeless woman, with the marks of some stab wounds in her throat. The man who had made the phone call was not at home, it was thought he was hidden in the building or on the roof, but after about an hour he jumped from the fifth floor.

The police are investigating what happened.
