Immobiliare Idra, which groups together the main properties formerly owned by Silvio Berlusconi, passes to Fininvest Real Estate for a transaction value of around 400 million euros.

This is what we learn from sources close to the dossier. The agreement was signed with Dolcedrago, which controls the real estate company that owns various prestigious properties: Villa Certosa in Porto Rotondo in Sardinia, Villa San Martino in Arcore, the Macherio villa also in Brianza and Villa Grande (formerly Zeffirelli) in Rome . Idra has so far been 100% controlled by Dolcedrago, which was 99.5% owned by Silvio Berlusconi, then passed on to his children.

According to the agreements found between Silvio Berlusconi's heirs, Villa Certosa is for sale, as emerged from the first moments of the opening of the will, for a price that could even reach 500 million.

Villa San Martino in Arcore will instead remain managed together in order to become a point for common meetings and perhaps also the headquarters of a future foundation named after his father. The Macherio villa is being purchased by Barbara Berlusconi, while Villa Grande in Rome could instead be purchased by Pier Silvio

Berlusconi.

Outside Idra's assets, there are Villa Campari on Lake Maggiore, already purchased by Marina Berlusconi, and the large sailing boat Morning Glory, sold in recent weeks.

The main objective of the operation of the transfer of the Idra real estate company to Fininvest Res, the sources confirm, is to be able to take advantage of the structures and skills of the holding company in the valorisation and management of the properties.
