None of the five young men who died in the car that crashed into a bus in Rezzato, in the Brescia area, had a driver's license. This is the tragic confirmation that comes from the first reconstructions of the dramatic crash that took place on Saturday night.

According to what transpires driving the car was 22-year-old Salah Nadiq, the largest of the group. "My son did not have a driving license - his father explained to the Giornale di Brescia - not even his cousin who was in the car and also his third Moroccan friend".

Obviously, Irene Sala, who was 17, did not have a driving license, nor did 19-year-old Dennis Guerra who, in 2007, had lost an 18-year-old cousin who also died in a car accident.

The group was traveling in a car loaned by a friend, and what happened is yet to be reconstructed. What is certain is that the Volkswagen Polo they were traveling in disintegrated against an International Tour Caldana bus arriving from the opposite direction.

On board only the driver, not seriously injured but ended up in hospital in shock from what he saw. "I could not avoid them", he repeated several times to the rescuers.

Also in the car were Imad El Harram and Imad Natiq, both in their twenties and the latter cousin of the young man at the wheel.
