In the garden of Barbara Pasetti, the woman arrested because she was believed to be involved in the murder of Luigi Criscuolo (the 60-year-old known as "Gigi Bici"), a gun was found, buried. The weapon, identified thanks to a georadar robot, will have to be examined by the forensics to see if it is compatible with the bullet fragment recovered in the area of the villa of Calignano - a hamlet of Cura Carpignano, in the Pavia area - on 20 January, when the handcuffs.

From the elements that emerged from the autopsy, Criscuolo was killed by a gunshot to the right temple, exploded by a small-caliber weapon.

The 60-year-old had disappeared from home on the morning of Monday 8 November, the same day on which (according to the autopsy) he was killed, while his lifeless body was found on the afternoon of Monday 20 December in a field in Calignano in front of the villa of Barbara Pasetti.
