Green light for the partial reopening of discos and dance halls, a sector that has been closed for more than a year and which, according to the CTS, is among the activities "which present the highest risks for the spread of the virus".

Tomorrow a Council of Ministers should incorporate the indications of the CTS on the expansion of capacities also for theaters, cinemas, museums and stadiums.

In the case of discos, however, there are many stakes : maximum 35% of capacity indoors and 50% outdoors, including employees, mandatory use of disposable glasses, ventilation systems without air recycling, a customer registration mechanism that allows a possible tracking of those present, mask obligation except when dancing.

THE POLEMICIES - "Unpredictable" measures according to Matteo Salvini, managers and trade associations. "It is a mockery without scientific, health, social and economic sense. With these numbers, 3 thousand companies and 200 thousand workers risk bankruptcy", says the leader of the League. "With a capacity of 35% the discos do not open, a thorough reasoning must be made to hypothesize an expansion", said the president of the Conference of Regions Massimiliano Fedriga.

SIAE also criticizes: "The running costs of a venue are too high to be able to reopen with the income of a 35% capacity - says the company -. It would have been more honest to say 'there are no conditions, it cannot be reopened. ". Same speech by the president of Silb-Fipe Emilia Romagna Gianni Indino. "It is an uneconomic capacity that does not allow us to remain on the market. By filling the room only to 35%, we would not even cover the living costs. We want to work but not lose out". Tomorrow there will be the national board of the Association in Rome and there it will be decided whether to continue to dialogue with the government or "move on to noisy and widespread protests".

THE OTHER SECTORS - With regard to sporting events, the CTS has suggested an expansion of the capacity up to a maximum of 75% for outdoor stadiums and up to a maximum of 50% for indoor facilities. Capacity that "must be respected by using all sectors and not just a part, in order to avoid the occurrence of gatherings in some areas".

For cinemas, theaters and concert halls, the indication is for a maximum capacity of 80% indoors and 100% outdoors. No limitations, however, for museums where, however, "the organization of flows to favor interpersonal distancing in every phase, with the exception of cohabiting nuclei", must be guaranteed.

In all cases, the necessary conditions are the possession of a Green pass and masks.
