Thanks to a report, the financiers ascertained that the school employee Ata, in 3 consecutive years, served in 3 different institutes in Western Friuli, with the same modus operandi: after answering the call from the school, he showed up at the secretariat, signed the employment contract and, after 3 days of service, returned to his country of origin , in the province of Reggio Calabria, to carry out, in complete tranquility, another work activity , continuing to send false medical certificates, issued by compliant professionals which, in addition to allowing him to return to his home without being subject to a tax visit, allowed him to receive the full amount of his salary, while also continuing to accumulate points for advancement in the ranking.

The Fiamme Gialle have ascertained that, while he was absent due to illness, the man worked, without authorisation, as a broker in long-term car rental , moving around Italy and abroad, both for work and for pleasure.

The search of his home, ordered by the Pordenone Prosecutor's Office, made it possible to find and seize , in addition to documentation on the double job, also 300 thousand euros in cash , believed to be proceeds from the activity actually carried out.
