Significant traces of primer gunpowder.

The outcome of the Stub on the hands and clothes of Emanuele Pozzolo, the Fratelli d'Italia deputy accused of injuring Luca Campana on New Year's Eve during a party at the Pro Loco headquarters in Rosazza, in the Biella area, was positive .

Repubblica anticipates it: the results of the examination carried out by the Parma RIS have arrived at the prosecutor's office in Biella.

Pozzolo is under investigation for aggravated negligent injury, dangerous ignitions and failure to keep weapons after a mini revolver injured the son-in-law of Pablito Morello , head of the undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro. The FdI deputy has always denied having fired the shot and made use of the right to remain silent before the investigators. At least three witnesses however denied it, while Delmastro would not have been present in the room at the time of the shot.

"It is surprising to see that this morning there is news in the newspapers and instead we still don't have the documents, we have nothing about these results and this exam", commented Andrea Corsaro, Pozzolo's defense lawyer. «I have not yet had the opportunity to obtain the results nor have they been provided to our consultants. We will ask the Public Prosecutor's Office to have them but at the moment we have not yet had them", concludes Corsaro.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor of Biella, Teresa Angela Camelio, specifies that the test was «executed exclusively on the person of Pozzolo» because, at the time of the event, «there was no evidence such as to make it necessary to carry it out on the few remaining subjects on site". «Nor can this assessment - we read again - be carried out indiscriminately and on a preventive level without any alternative reconstruction (provided and/or emerging) at the time of the facts. The investigations continue."
