Mariano Fadda, the magistrate of Sardinian origin who had been deputy prosecutor of the Republic of Como since 2000, died today at the age of 61.
Having been ill for some time, he leaves behind his wife and three children.
After graduating in law from the University of Sassari, he was a public prosecutor in Cagliari from 1991 to 1996, then a judge in Lecco from 1996 to 2001, finally arriving at the Como Prosecutor's Office.
A city in which he faced many delicate investigations, and was part of the pool that investigated the Erba massacre .
Numerous messages of condolence from colleagues and lawyers are arriving at the family in these hours.
