A man of about 40 was found dead in the night on the outskirts of Terni .

Investigations are underway to establish what happened, but it seems that the 40-year-old , of Tunisian origin, was kicked and punched .

The brawl - according to a first hypothesis - would have resulted from a road accident . The Tunisian would have been hit by bicycle, and his request for compensation would have been attacked.

Investigators are working to clarify the dynamics.
