He attacked his wife, wounding her with a knife. Then he fled and committed suicide by throwing himself under a train. It happened in Bra, in the province of Cuneo.

The man's personal details have not been disclosed. From an initial reconstruction of the facts, the attack would have occurred at the height of a quarrel, when the man would brandish a knife, hitting his wife. Then he left the house, headed for the outskirts of the city, where the railway passes, and launched himself under a convoy that left Alba in the direction of Turin.
