Men's fashion moves to Milan until June 24 for the Fashion Week dedicated to spring summer 2026. But among the notable absences, that of Giorgio Armani stands out, as confirmed by a note sent today by the fashion house.

“King George,” who will turn 91 on July 11, is reportedly at home recovering after being admitted to a clinic in Milan for tests.

"On the occasion of the Emporio Armani fashion shows tomorrow and Giorgio Armani on Monday 23 June - reads the press release - we wish to inform you that Mr. Armani, currently at home recovering, will not be present as usual at the two shows"

In his place – the clarification – Leo Dell'Orco, responsible for the style of the men's lines, will come out to greet the public at the end of the fashion shows .

The fashion house then wanted to underline how " Mr. Armani has worked with his usual dedication on the collections that will be presented . Although he cannot be physically present, he will carefully follow every phase of the organization."
