The police headquarters sent an information notice to the Public Prosecutor's Office , without however formalizing any hypothesis of crime against the parish priest.

"I am deeply sorry that the name of Albaverde or of a women's volleyball club from Caltanissetta has bounced on social media for non-sporting events", commented Oriana Mannella, president of the Albaverde volleyball team.

"We are disgusted - he continued - and we condemn any form of violence at all levels . Not being able to have met them personally as out of Sicily for work reasons, I feel obliged to show my closeness to my players especially minors as, as a woman, I identify with what they are feeling, also because some of them have asked themselves the question about the possibility that they could have been observed for some time. As a company - continues Mannella who is also a municipal councilor of Caltanissetta - we are closely following the story trying to avoid easy exploitation but at the same time to understand if and how we will have to intervene in the event that the affair should have legal implications ".
