A 33-year-old man barricaded himself in his home and fired several shots in the street, without hitting anyone .
On the spot, in viale San Teodoro, in the populous Librino district, the police arrived with the mediators and the whole area was blocked to traffic.

In the evening, after long talks also with family members, the young man gave up and handed himself over. In a strong state of psychophysical discomfort, he said he was afraid of being poisoned.
