The houses at Via Paolo Fabbri 43 in Bologna and Pavana, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, are included in the estate left to Raffaella Zuccari, Francesco Guccini's second wife. This is according to the Emilian singer-songwriter's public will, dated January 19, 2022.

The document, registered on September 8, 2026 before notary Luigi Stame in the presence of his wife and daughter Teresa, expressly revokes any previous will and names Zuccari as the universal heir of all the Emilian singer-songwriter's assets.

"All aspects of the management, exploitation, and administration of the rights deriving from my artistic activity as a singer-songwriter, writer, etc., shall be the exclusive responsibility of the universal heir," reads Guccini's last will, registered yesterday before a notary in Bologna. This prerogative was entrusted to his wife, "without prejudice to the fact that 50% of all proceeds from my artistic activity shall be donated to the legatee Teresa Guccini."

The singer-songwriter also specifies that his daughter "will also be able to take steps to receive her 50% share directly from the various organizations and entities." Teresa will also receive all of her father's shares in Limentra srl.
