The Supreme Court confirms the decree of opening the support administration for Gina Lollobrigida.

To ask the judicial authority of Rome for the injunction of a guardian for the actress - now 94 years old - was her son Andrea Milko Skofic.

Relations between "Lollo" and Skofic have always been turbulent , but the man asked for the green light of the court - with whom relations have always been difficult - with the declared aim of "protecting" the mother's assets.

While excluding a situation of "mental illness deriving from psychiatric pathologies", the medical experts highlighted "a weakening of the correct perception of reality" and a state of "vulnerability" that makes "the work of suggestion possible by others". Hence the sentence of the Supreme Court, which the same actress had addressed to stop the tutor assignment process.

Gina Lollobrigida, after the verdict, said, through her lawyer Filippo Maria Meschini, "embittered but not resigned".
