Nineteen sentences ranging from one year to 8 months of imprisonment and life imprisonment were inflicted by the Bari magistrate Valeria Isabella Valenzi on the defendants in the "Omnia Nostra" trial - centered on the so-called Gargano Mafia - who had chosen to be judged with abbreviated procedure.

Also in prison for life is Marco Raduano, already definitively sentenced to 19 years and currently on the run after having escaped from the Badu 'e Carros prison (Nuoro) on 24 February.

The investigations, coordinated by the DDA of Bari, in December 2021 led to the arrest of 32 people accused, in various capacities, of mafia association, murder, attempted murder, extortion, drug possession, robbery, and possession of weapons.

In the blitz, two historic clans of the Gargano were "beheaded", the criminal battery of the Romito-Lombardi-Ricucci and the Raduano clan.

The name of the investigation, "Omnia Nostra", was born from the interception in which the organization's associates said "this is all our stuff": from the fish trade to the supply of polystyrene trays and ice in Manfredonia, up to the imposition of hiring; from the occupation of the lands of the shepherds of Mattinata to orchestrate scams to the INPS and the European Union on funds intended for grazing, to the attempt to acquire PDO brands for agri-food products, such as caciocavallo, in reality without any requirements.

In the raid that led to the execution of the precautionary custody order, assets worth almost 7 million euros were seized, including furniture, properties and two companies.

The Foggia Municipalities of Manfredonia, Mattinata, Vieste, Monte Sant'Angelo, the Puglia Region, the Chamber of Commerce and the Anti-racket Federation became civil parties in the trial.
