Francesco Corsiglia, accused in the Grillo trial for the alleged gang rape, is under investigation for sexual violence

Francesco Corsiglia , one of Ciro Grillo's friends already on trial in Tempio Pausania for sexual violence, is under investigation by the Genoa prosecutor's office again for sexual violence.

The young man is accused of having lifted the top of a 19-year-old girl while she was dancing in a nightclub on Corso Italia , the Genoese nightlife promenade.

The story dates back to last July: it was the police who reported Corsiglia after meeting the distraught girl on the street after the incident. Now the boy will be able to decide whether to be interrogated.

Corsiglia is already on trial for an alleged group sexual assault that occurred in July 2019 in a residence in Cala di Volpe, used by the Grillo family , together with Grillo jr, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria . The victim was a 21-year-old Italian-Norwegian student.
