The motive for the murder of Filomena Galeone , the psychiatrist killed last night in Naples by her 17-year-old adopted son, has yet to be clarified.
The woman worked at the Asl Napoli 1 center and led the elderly care unit, dealing in particular with aging and Alzheimer's neuropathologies since 2004.
A quiet life and a kind woman, as her colleagues called her. Last night the tragedy, the quarrel with that problematic son that culminated in blood in the house in via Rampe San Giovanni Maggiore, in the heart of the Neapolitan city.
The boy has inflicted numerous stabs at her, exactly how many will be the expertise to establish it.
The young man was detained by the prosecutor, he was blocked immediately after. He had barricaded himself in the house and both the police and the fire brigade intervened on the spot, entering through a window.
The investigations now aim to reconstruct the family picture to understand what could have triggered so much violence , given the large number of stab wounds inflicted by the 17-year-old woman.
