"I haven't done one thing out of the 16 criminal charges I have! He's not in his head, he's out of his mind. I want to get out of this mess."

These are the words with which Vanessa Ferrero, daughter of the Roman entrepreneur and (resigned) president of Sampdoria Massimo Ferrero, arrested for bankruptcy , described her father, in a dialogue intercepted by the investigators.

Vanessa Ferrero, who also ended up under house arrest in the investigation of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paola which put four crashes of as many companies attributable to Ferrero under the lens, also adds, in another passage of the conversation heard by the investigators: "Instead of saying 'love sorry that I put you in this shitty situation, to pay the jail, when the problems are mine not yours, forgive me beloved daughter ', this is how you should behave.

From what transpires in the investigation, Ferrero's ex wife, Laura Sini, is also under investigation. For the woman, for whom the prosecutors had asked for house arrest, the investigating judge ordered a temporary ban on carrying out business activities.

Sini would be involved in the investigations in her capacity as a member of the board of directors of the Ellemme company - until December 2010 - and would have been charged with the crime of fraudulent bankruptcy for distraction.
