A drama within a drama: "I had a conversation with Andrea, it was heartbreaking," said the 24-year-old lawyer. " Andrea is in shock and is under close surveillance ."

Andrea and Mattia knew each other very well: friends on Facebook, they frequented the same bar and had played together in the village's soccer team , Atletico Volvera who wrote a message of condolence on social media for the family of the 22-year-old who died.

On the evening of Thursday 15 June, Boggia, driving his BMW, risked overtaking a car that had stopped to let pedestrians pass . It overwhelmed them: they were the 22-year-old and Ramona, his 18-year-old girlfriend. He was thrown 40 meters away, died instantly, she escaped with a broken arm .

Andrea didn't stop at first, then walked back to the scene of the accident. Subjected to tests for alcohol and drugs, he tested positive for both, a blood alcohol content of 1.5 grams: "I drank and smoked a joint," he said. The young man is in prison, arrested for vehicular homicide .
