There are 20 arrests (15 in prison and 5 in house arrest) carried out by agents of the State Police, coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of the Brescia Public Prosecutor's Office, against a group of Albanians and Italians, accused of criminal association aimed at trafficking and drug dealing, aggravated by the mafia method and the use of weapons. The operation, conducted by the agents of the Anti-Drug Section of the Milan Mobile Squad, began in September 2019 when, following a possible drug supply channel in the Pioltello marketplace, the policemen traced back to a criminal organization, of Albanian and Italian, active between the Bresciano, the Lower Bergamo and some areas of the Milanese hinterland.

In order to establish itself in some drug dealing squares, the group also became the protagonist of sensational acts of violence, even with the use of weapons. The criminal organization would have been able to supply mainly heroin and cocaine to other criminal groups active in central and northern Italy.

Numerous searches were also carried out, during which around 74 thousand euros were seized in cash and a person was arrested for detaining 700 grams of cocaine.
