Drama in the Asti area: cycling with his son, he dies hit by a car. The child is serious
Carabinieri investigations, the two vehicles seized
Tragic accident in Antignano, in the province of Turin.
A 49-year-old was cycling with his six-year-old son when he was hit by a car.
The father has died, the child is hospitalized in intensive care at the Regina Margherita hospital in the Piedmontese capital where he was transferred by air ambulance in code red.
The driver of the car is a 72-year-old resident of the area.
The police are working on the investigations. The car and the bike were seized for the necessary checks.
