A tragic accident occurred in the province of Vercelli, where, for reasons yet to be determined, an ultralight aircraft crashed with two people on board . Rescue efforts for both were unsuccessful.

The victims are father and daughter, Massimiliano Monticone, 49, and Silvia Monticone, 18.

From what we understand, the man worked at the Enav radar center in Linate as a flight controller.

A resident of Casal Monferrato, he had a passion for flying which he shared with his daughter.
