The seizure of the "all you can eat" restaurant in the Vomero district of Naples where Luca Piscopo, the 15-year-old boy who subsequently felt ill and died, had eaten sushi.

The owner of the restaurant, of Chinese nationality, has been entered in the register of suspects: the carabinieri and the prosecutor's office contest the crimes of manslaughter and the sale of harmful food against him. The seizure decree of the investigating authority had been notified to him by the Nas of Naples last December 17.

Piscopo had had lunch in that room on November 23: immediately afterwards he began to experience symptoms of intoxication, fever, diarrhea, vomiting. The three friends she ate with had also felt ill, albeit more slightly. For two of them the tests had found the bacterium of salmonella.

Luca, on the advice of the general practitioner (a 61-year-old, also now enrolled in the register of suspects), was treated at home with an antipyretic for fever, lactic ferments for intestinal disorders and subsequently an antibiotic. The fever had finally gone down and it seemed that Luca was better and instead, on December 2nd, his parents found him dead in the bedroom.

A tragedy on which family members now want to shed light. Also because, they repeat, the boy was perfectly healthy and had never suffered from any pathology.
