The technical advice on his death leaves no room for doubt: Francesca Tuscano, a 32-year-old Genoese teacher, lost her life from a cerebral thrombosis caused by the Astrazeneca anti-Covid vaccine .

The death dates back to April 2021, and if the criminal investigation is destined to be closed, the compensation provided by the government amounts to just over 77 thousand euros .

To be precise, 77,468.53 euros is the amount intended "for relatives who have the right who apply for it, in the event that the death of the injured party was determined by vaccinations ", based on the law that has allocated a fund of 150 million euros intended precisely for those who have suffered damage from the anti-Covid vaccination.

Given the size of the figure, a civil lawsuit by the family against the state is very likely . Now that the advice of the coroner Luca Tajana and the haematologist Franco Piovella have established that "the patient's death is reasonably to be referred to adverse effects from the administration of the anti -Covid19 vaccine", and at the same time the doctors involved in the vaccination, the Tuscano family has entrusted the lawyers Federico Bertorello and Tatiana Massara to understand how to move.

The two lawyers are taking care of the paperwork to access at least the expected compensation, but they are also thinking of filing a civil suit against the state.
