The trial continues in which Alessia Pifferi is accused, who last July left her 18-month-old daughter alone at home for days, thus causing her to die of starvation.

During the last hearing, the manager of the regional scientific police cabinet was heard, who intervened on the spot for the first findings, after the discovery of the lifeless body of little Diana, in via Parea in Milan.

"There were two suitcases at the entrance and inside there were only women's dresses, at least 30 evening dresses," explained the manager.

The witness then reported that the refrigerator was practically empty, in particular without food for children and, moreover, in the house there were several used diapers, scattered in the living room and on the windowsill.

La Pifferi - who according to what was recently declared by her lawyer would have the intellectual quotient equal to that of a 7-year-old child - had been absent for six days, during which she had been in Bergamo to be with the man she frequented.
