This was stated by Sergio Schiavone , commander of the RIS, illustrating the results of the maxi report ordered by the parliamentary commission on the former head of communication of the MPS bank who died after falling from his office window on the evening of 6 March 2013 in Siena.

"Among the various hypotheses of falling, the most compatible dynamic is that of a self-conservative gesture in which" David Rossi "consciously holds on to the protection bar with his hands and lets himself fall into the void with the front towards the building with the 'candle' motorcycle ".

"Other hypotheses with the presence of third parties who let Dr. Rossi fall reproduce hypotheses of a fall that are not compatible with the dynamics of the fall ", concluded Schiavone.

As for the luminous glow that was hypothesized to be Rossi's watch, which fell out of the window 20 minutes after his death, "it is a drop of rain and not Dr. Rossi's watch ," Schiavone del Ris underlined.

Again, "the 'help' email" with which David Rossi expressed his intentions to commit suicide "has nothing strange, it was written and sent before" his death , said Colonel Massimo Giannetti.

The maxi appraisal was ordered by the parliamentary commission of inquiry. A thousand pages of the report are the result of the work of the carabinieri of Ros, Ris, Racis and of medical examiners : 49 initially placed and then increased during the hearings of the commission.

Almost all the doubts about death removed: all the objective elements on the corpse and on the crime scene are compatible with suicide while there are no indications of scuffles or the presence of other people.
