A twenty-year-old boy is being investigated by the Rome Prosecutor's Office on charges of "revenge porn".

According to prosecutors, he forwarded audio to some people in which a girl told of a night of intimacy spent with the then Roma player Nicolò Zaniolo.

The news was anticipated by Corriere della Sera.

According to reports, the audios, four in total, were initially forwarded by the same girl in a chat with friends the morning after the alleged meeting with the player.

The young suspect, present in that chat, would in turn forward the recordings to other people, until the audio ended up on the web.

The matter ended up in the Prosecutor's Office after the complaint from the girl involved in the audio, who claims to have never authorized its circulation.
