A casket with 200 kg of drugs in the fake wall: the discovery of the carabinieri

Over 200 kilos of drugs, including hashish, marijuana and cocaine, hidden in the secret cavity of a wall.

The carabinieri of the Turin Investigative Unit found them and arrested a 62-year-old man.

The value of drugs exceeds 3 million euros.

The drug was inside a fake wall that opened by operating a mechanism covered by a cupboard with shelves.

The soldiers of the Arma also seized various materials for the packaging of the drug and 14 thousand euros in cash, considered to be the proceeds of illicit activity.

During the search, six rifles, three pistols and 352 ammunition of various caliber were also discovered, regularly detained.
