17 year old boy rapes his girlfriend: she wanted to leave him
Escalation of harassment and persecution after the young woman decided to end their relationship
He did not accept the end of their relationship and would have harassed his girlfriend, a minor, to the point of raping her.
On charges of persecutory acts, sexual violence and robbery, the Carabinieri of the Sorrento company - delegated by the Public Prosecutor at the Juvenile Court of Naples - arrested a 17-year-old from the Sorrento Peninsula who was the recipient of a precautionary measure issued by the Judge for the preliminary investigations of the Juvenile Court of Naples.
The facts date back to the months of June, July and August 2023: the accusatory hypothesis is that the suspect, not accepting the end of the romantic relationship with his girlfriend, would have forced the minor to suffer acts of violence, with serious threats also addressed to some relatives, effectively forcing her to live in a persistent state of anxiety and under constant threat of death.
The investigations allowed us to put together a serious piece of evidence which led to today's arrest. The arrested person was imprisoned in the penal institution for minors in Nisida.
