Ovation in St. Peter's Square this morning when Pope Francis pronounced the formula with which he proclaimed 10 new saints.

There are six men and four women: five Italians, three French, one Indian and one Dutch.

"In honor of the Most Holy Trinity, for the exaltation of the Catholic faith and the increase of the Christian life, with the authority of Our Lord Jesus Christ, of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul and Our, after having reflected at length, invoked several times the 'divine help and having listened to the opinion of many of Our Brothers in the Episcopate, we declare and define as Saints the Blessed Titus Brandsma, Lazzaro known as Davahasayam, Cesar de Bus, Luigi Maria Palazzolo, Giustino Maria Russolillo, Charles de Foucauld, Marie Rivier, Maria Francesca di Gesù Rubatto, Maria di Gesù Santocanale and Maria Domenica Mantovani, and we register them in the Register of Saints, establishing that throughout the Church they are devotedly honored among the Saints, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit ", said the pontiff, before the applause of thousands of faithful exploded.
