"If Volodymyr Zelensky really wishes to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he is free to travel to Moscow, and the invitation previously extended to him remains in effect," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said after the Ukrainian president proposed a meeting with Putin at the G20 summit in Miami in December.
“If he really wants to meet Putin, he can come to Moscow, as Putin himself previously stated,” Peskov added to Tass.
