A car hit a group of people during a Christmas lights parade in Nunspeet, a town east of Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, causing several injuries: at least nine according to eyewitnesses, three of whom are said to be in serious condition.
Dutch media reported the incident. Local police described the incident as "serious." Several ambulances and emergency helicopters were on the scene.
"It does not appear to be the result of a voluntary act": the local police still reports on his X profile, suggesting that it was therefore an accident.
