In Gaza, Israeli soldiers found the lifeless bodies of three hostages. This was announced by the military spokesman of the Jewish State, Daniel Hagari.
They would have been killed on 7 October 2023, the day of the Hamas attack on Israeli territory which started the ongoing conflict.
According to Hagari they are Amit Buskila (28 years old), Itzhak Galarenter (56) and Shani Louk, the 23 year old young woman whose face has become one of the symbols of the bloody assault by the Palestinian militiamen.
From what we understand, the three were taking part in the "Nova Festival" rave and after the Hamas raid they had tried to take refuge in a kibbutz in Mefalsim. But here they were overtaken and - the spokesperson stated - "killed in an atrocious manner". Their corpses would then be taken inside the Strip.
The bodies have now been recovered during a joint operation between the Shin Bet and the army and transferred to Israel for recognition.
