A young Italian woman was shot at a rave party in Switzerland.

A 22-year-old Italian woman was the victim of a shooting that occurred during a rave party in Switzerland . The Farnesina Crisis Unit is following the case with the embassy in Bern and the consulate general in Basel.

According to an initial reconstruction, the shots – which also injured five people – were fired before 3 a.m., on the edge of the Aarauer Rave, an annual techno party that brings together around 3,500 people at the Aarau racecourse.

Local authorities have launched a massive operation in the area to rescue the people involved and identify the perpetrator.
