Schools, hospitals, ambulances. The continuous Israeli raids on Gaza give no respite, the massacre of civilians in the Strip continues, merciless and inexorable, after the Hamas terrorist attack of last October 7th.

In Gaza City during the night , Tel Aviv attacked the entrance to the al-Nasser pediatric hospital, killing at least two people . Also during the night, an Israeli missile hit an ambulance in front of Al Shifa hospital , where thousands of displaced people have taken refuge: at least 15 dead, around sixty injured, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.

The attack was confirmed by Israeli military forces and was planned because, Tel Aviv claims, "the vehicle was used by terrorists to transport weapons into the enclave" . Hamas, the Israeli media explain, "tried to take its fighters out of Gaza via Rafah with ambulances, thus slowing down efforts to evacuate foreigners" .

A doctor from Doctors Without Borders (MSF) who works at Al Shifa hospital in Gaza witnessed the attack on an ambulance outside the health facility: «We were inside the hospital gate when the ambulance was hit in front in our eyes. There were bloody bodies everywhere - says Dr Mohammed Obeid -. Many died instantly, while others were rushed to the operating room."

«The deadly attack in front of the gate of Al-Shifa hospital is terrible - says MSF -. This is a deadly attack outside Gaza's main and busiest hospital, where our staff work every day to provide life-saving medical care . A further tragic event in an endless flow of inconceivable violence. The repeated attacks on hospitals, ambulances, densely populated areas and refugee camps are shameful. How many people have to die before world leaders wake up and call for a ceasefire?”

It doesn't end here: Israel also struck a UN school where thousands of displaced Palestinians had taken refuge. At least 12 dead and 54 injured were recorded in the attack on the Al-Fakhura school, which follows two other attacks which occurred in the last few hours on as many educational facilities transformed into improvised shelters for displaced people, where Tel Aviv believes that militants of Hamas. The same school was already attacked in 2009: 40 people were killed, mostly civilians, while Israel said it had responded to gunfire from militants and that the death toll was 9 Hamas militants and three civilians. A United Nations investigation later found that there were no shots fired from inside the school and there were no explosives.

However, no victims were recorded in two other bombings that hit and destroyed the Sheikh Zayed mosque and the school of the Sisters of the Rosary in Jerusalem .

The latest death toll in Gaza stands at 9,488, including 2,509 women and 3,900 children , Hamas' Health Ministry reports.
