The historic coronation of King Charles III is just a few days away and preparations are underway in London. But as often happens, for the "royal watchers" it is Prince Harry who steals the show.

The second son of Carlo and Diana weeks ago responded to his father's invitation by agreeing to be present for the most important day of his life, Saturday 6 May.

But he will only stay a few hours in London: one day, the time to attend the event that will be followed by millions of people around the world, to then leave just two hours after the end of the ceremony at Westminster Abbey and rush home to Los Angeles , to celebrate the fourth birthday of little prince Archie, which falls on May 6th.

The little one will remain in California together with his mother Meghan Markle and his little sister Lilibet. The children were not invited to the ceremony. And several sources have leaked that Meghan, despite being on the guest list, was not particularly welcome.

The ceremony will begin at 11 local time (midday in Italy), will last a couple of hours, and at 15 local time, the Duke of Sussex should already be on his flight to the United States.

For the ceremony, as far as we learn, he shouldn't play any official role since he is now a non-operative member of the royal family. In Westminster Abbey he will be seated in the second row, will not participate in the royal procession and should not even appear in the rectory exiting the balcony of Buckingham Palace. It is also unlikely that he will wear the full military uniform.
