The vaccination obligation becomes a reality in Austria.

For the first time in a European country, the Parliament of Vienna approved the introduction of the compulsory vaccine against Covid-19.

The approval with the necessary majority of votes took place after hours of debate in the classroom. The measure will take effect on February 4th.

FRANCE - In the rest of Europe, France adopts the Super green pass for clubs and trains and at the same time launches an exit path from the emergency phase which will begin on February 2 with the elimination of the obligation of outdoor masks, of smart working and audience limits in stadiums, cinemas and theaters. There are 400,000 new Covid cases in the country: an impressive figure which, however, does not cloud some "encouraging signs", said Prime Minister Jean Castex, explaining that "the Delta variant has become a very minority, Omicron has begun to decline and employment of beds in intensive care has been decreasing for a week ".

GREAT BRITAIN - In Great Britain the first phase of the lifting of restrictions has already started, from smart working to the obligation of masks in schools. The second stage will start on January 27, when the legal obligation to wear masks in public places and the mini green pass provided only for access to discos or mass collective events will be eliminated. The logic is to "continue with our lives with sensible, appropriate and proportionate measures", summed up the Minister of Health Sajid Javid, imagining a long coexistence with Covid that may need a vaccination per year.

TOMORROW EU SUMMIT - Tomorrow the health ministers of the 27 will talk about how to deal with this new phase of the virus, extraordinarily summoned by the French EU presidency to coordinate national strategies.
