A man armed with a gun and knife broke into a kindergarten in Nong Bua Lam Phu province, killing at least 30 people, including young pupils.
From what is learned, after the bloody raid, the man fled and is still wanted by the police.
At the moment, the reasons behind the homicidal fury of the requested person are unknown.
From the first information it would be a 34-year-old former police officer.
