We have to wait for the flight: the Milis Choir enchants Fiumicino with "Nanneddu meu"

The airport is Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci , in the background you can see the luminous billboard that updates passengers on the timetable of departing flights. But nobody thinks about it, because the Milis Choir has figured out how to pass the time.

All standing between the seats in the waiting room, the notes are those of "Nanneddu meu" , the iconic piece that has somehow become a symbol of Sardinia.

The singers were in Fiumicino, returning from a concert in the Vatican . The improvised performance won over many onlookers, who surrounded the choir to watch closely or to immortalize the moment with their mobile phone.
