Violent showers over northern Sardinia, inconvenience in Porto Torres

Last night, numerous showers hit the north coast of Sardinia . Particularly in Porto Torres , where the rain has created various inconveniences in the city streets .

Authentic swimming pools were formed especially near the Villaggio Verde district and close to Monte Agellu . In some places, for several hours, it was impossible to transit with cars , due to the water being too high. A few hours later the situation returned to normal.

But the general concern, following a long and unusual drought, is that of the formation in the atmosphere of water bombs, very dangerous due to the damage and landslides they create in the roads and in the land. Very important in these weeks will be the prevention and organization of a prepared rescue machine, already run in and efficient to deal with any emergencies.
