Murtas beach, inside the Salto di Quirra shooting range, reopens tomorrow – June 1st.

The beach, as in previous years, will be accessible until September 30th thanks to an agreement between the Municipality of Villaputzu and the Ministry of Defense, adopted following the protocols between the State and the Region signed thanks to the commitment of the civil party of Comipa, the joint committee on military easements in Sardinia.

In the next few days, the walkways and mini ecological islands will be positioned. The area reserved for dogs will also be delimited, one of the few on the south-eastern coast.

The reopening coincides with the weekend of Monumenti Aperti in Villaputzu: for tourists, in short, the opportunity to visit the historical and cultural wonders but also to immerse themselves in the colors of one of the most evocative stretches of coast in Sardinia.
