Now the investigation is formally open, after the order (for demolition and restoration) of the Municipality of Arzachena, the Procura di Tempio is dealing with the villa of Gianluca Vacchi, under construction in Pantogia. The head of the Gallura prosecutors, Gregorio Capasso, has opened a file for alleged building abuses and Vacchi's name has been entered in the register of suspects. The Bolognese entrepreneur, absolute star of social media, is under the magnifying glass of the Prosecutor's Office of Tempio as the client of the works entrusted to the Filigheddu Costruzioni company of Arzachena. According to rumors, the investigations were entrusted to the staff of the Forestry Corps. The new ultra-luxury residence of Mister Enjoy, a construction project worth around 15 million euros, has been in the sights of the Arzachena Municipality technical office for some time. The manager Mario Chiodino has already signed several ordinances addressed to Vacchi, there is talk of about 400 cubic meters "excess" compared to the authorized project. In particular, the ordinances refer to sanitary voids transformed into habitable spaces, extra rooms and "greater internal height than authorized premises".

The inspection

According to rumors, the public prosecutor's office has already ordered an inspection of the Pantogia construction site. The property has received a guarantee notice for the communication of a judicial police access to the site. Vacchi is assisted by the Bottiglioni studio in Bologna and has given maximum availability for the checks. The property believes it has acted within a framework of substantial legality, the villa under construction in Pantogia has obtained all the authorisations. The prosecutors, however, are carrying out a broad spectrum investigation, which would not only concern sanitary voids. Again according to rumors, there is talk of respect for the hydrogeological constraint, this would be one of the important themes of the file. But nothing leaks out on the details of the activity from the Gallura prosecutor's office. It can be said, with absolute certainty, that the works were suspended in January, by order of the Municipality of Arzachena, and subsequently resumed. The property, it is written in one of the ordinances, has also begun to eliminate unauthorized cubic meters.

The house in Sardinia

Gianluca Vacchi has said several times that he cares a lot about his ambitious project under construction in Pantogia. The numbers of the villa are these: 1,200 square meters plus a thousand of terraces, padel court, disco, 2 lodges with suites, 15 rooms. To be added to the princely residences of Bologna and Miami. Now, however, with some judicial headaches.
