The alleged perpetrator of the murder of Davide Unida , Fabio Malu, has been released . The release took place in these hours on the orders of the Tempio Court.

The crime dates back to 7 July last year and occurred in Luras . The 37-year-old victim, hit on the head with the handle of a vacuum cleaner , died in hospital after several days of agony. Malu, 32, was released at the request of the defenders, Giampaolo Murrighile and Domenico Putzolu.

But the revocation of the precautionary measure and the release of the suspect have a genesis that creates some embarrassment for the Tempio Prosecutor's Office. The late timing of the investigation led to the expiry of the precautionary measure before the hearing before the preliminary hearing judge, which has yet to be scheduled . The release, by the investigating judge, was almost an obligatory step. The precautionary measure of pre-trial detention in prison could not go beyond July 12th .

The statement from the plaintiff's lawyer, Sergio Milia, is this: «I can't say much, waiting to know the content of the provision. The only comment is that pain is added to pain ."
