Undeclared workers: huge fine and suspended activity for a bar-tobacconist in Quartu

The owner of a tobacconist's bar on Viale Colombo, in Quartu, was fined a total of 10,300 for violations of labor regulations.

During an inspection carried out by the Carabinieri of the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate at the 52-year-old man's business, two illegal workers were found (out of a total of four employees).

The military then triggered the suspension of the activity by raising the pecuniary sanction provided for by the current legislation. The men of the Arma also informed the competent bodies in matters of safety and protection of the workplace.
